The information that was used to produce the benchmarking document came from NYSEG energy bills, Adirondack Energy Propane deliveries and Gordon Oil fuel oil deliveries. The information is then compiled in the Energy Star Portfolio manager. ANCA has been helping us enter this data an obtain grants for improvements to municipal buildings. 

Unfortunately they are not at this time. 

Water is billed quarterly. The issue dates for the bills are 3/15, 6/15, 9/15 and 12/15. They are due 30 days later, unless that falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case, they would be due the following regular business day.
